Lisa Planchard City Clerk

The Administration is headed by the Mayor and is in charge of all day-to-day operations of the City.  Located on the second floor of City Hall, areas of the Administration Department include the City Clerk, Comptroller, Human Resources, Payroll and Insurance, Inventory Control, and Purchasing.

​The members of the Administration Department are under the direct supervision of Lisa Planchard, City Clerk, and are responsible for the billing, collection, and/or depositing of city funds. This includes Privilege Tax License fees, lease fees, and other miscellaneous monies. Property and sales taxes, which other government agencies collect, are deposited in this office. Insurance schedules and policy renewals, purchasing and renewal of all city vehicle tags, and processing all Liability Insurance Claims are other significant functions of the Finance Office.
